Hours: 15–25 hours per week with flexible working hours (ideal for working students who are looking for a full time role from September 2026)

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to support and grow our brand partners. This is a part-time role (15–25 hours/week) with the potential to become full-time as the company grows.
The role is ideal for master’s students in marketing, communications, business, or similar fields who are passionate about influencer marketing and startups, and want real responsibility from day one.
You’ll work closely with the founders and help build the customer success function from the ground up, while also leading and coordinating our influencer sourcing team.
